What’s the opposite of sound? Probably silence. For me it’s light.

Many years I had a lack of motivation to learn stage lighting,
I was confused by DMX, ArtNet and all those protocols but somehow managed to run small shows. When my old lighting controller took a deep sip of Bindings Römer Pils I was forced to educate myself.

The internet told me that there is a console called grandMA which claims to be state of the art. Totally oversized for my use, but just right for my inner child. The day the package arrived I instantly fell in love. Such a logical little machine-friend.
I spent nights programming showfiles for the club and imaginary clients. When I started my vocational training at deelight I directly started working at their fullsize grandMA. From there on I programmend dozens of shows for real clients, with real pressure.
